La Paz House Day 1

Great first day at La Paz House!

I've been super busy getting La Paz House ready to open next Monday.  I still have a lot to do. 

 Here are a couple of things you can help me with:

Thursday at 4:00  - We are passing out flyers in the neighborhood.

Saturday at 10:00  - Volunteer orientation

Saturday 11:00 - 1:00 Final prep and clean up

Monday  - Grand Opening-  If you help provide refreshments, cheese and crackers, fruit, cookies, etc.  

Never know what to expect in our neighborhood.  We passed out flyers in hopes that kids would show up for our kids Christmas Party.  The Westside Family Church Youth Group put the program together and set everything up.  We ended up with over 40 kids from the neighborhood show up!  Great fun and  time sharing the Christmas story!
