Update on House

Not sure what is up on our offer on the house.  The selling realtor has not even contacted the seller (after 5 days).  Still praying it will work out.  Got a meeting on Wednesday to plan a summer kick off fiesta for youth on May 8th.  Thanks for your prayers!

Another offer

Ok, so we have been re-thinking the house offer and decided to make an offer on another smaller house for a number of reasons. Offer will go in today.  This one will need a lot of work. but has some great potential.  This block is swarming with kids! Thanks for your prayers.

We put an offer on this house.  It is a foreclosure at 17th and Central.  Our offer was on the low side. We figure if this is the house God wants us in, we will be able to buy it reasonably.
