Ok, so we have been re-thinking the house offer and decided to make an offer on another smaller house for a number of reasons. Offer will go in today. This one will need a lot of work. but has some great potential. This block is swarming with kids! Thanks for your prayers.
Update: We are waiting on word from the seller's bank to approve the short sale. Thanks for your prayers. We should hear something Monday or Tuesday.
